Master of Human Resources Management

Introduction

One year, intensive programme ideal for young managers. Delivery of programme is flexible for working professionals with once a month tutorials. Non-accredited programme by Malaysian Qualifications Agency under Ministry of Higher Education. Subjects, curriculum, resources and student body are the same with MBA programme core subjects.

How are the teaching sessions going at IBA?

Workshops, simulations, role-play, case study analyses and problem-solving exercises will help you hone your practical business management skills; you will also learn by reading textbooks and journals and attending lectures and seminars, including talks by guest speakers. You will take part in class discussions, give presentations and work on group and individual projects, including some with professional clients. In the third year, you will have the option of doing your own research project.

The qualifications necessary to register as a student to sit for this programm as below

  • Bachelor's Degree recognised by AeU Senate or
  • Open Entry Qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia : at least 30 years old and possess SPM or
  • Other qualifications recognised by the University Senate or
  • Other qualifications at the discretion of the University Management
